Eparchy of St. Maron MYA Fall Conference

Hello MYA,

Thank you for registering for our Eparchy of Saint Maron MYA Conference in Tampa, Florida!  We are excited to host you and over 100 other MYA members from around the country. Please take a moment to read through this email as it has some important information regarding our upcoming weekend. The schedule and FAQ sheet for the weekend is attached for your reference. The address for the hotel is listed below as well as the Church address for Sunday’s festivities. Saturday during liturgy we will be having a special collection for Lebanon, if you’d like to participate, we will accept cash and Venmo (@MaroniteServants).

·  Transportation to the Church on Sunday October 30th will be provided, we will depart the hotel at 9:45am on Sunday to head to Saint Peter & Paul parish.

·  Friday night we will be having our costume party, the attendee with the best costume will win a prize, please make sure your costume is appropriate.

· There is an open discussion with the Clergy & Sister on Saturday at 4pm for those seeking to learn more about discernment, prayer, and friendship with Jesus.

· Saturday evening will be our Masquerade Ball, don’t forget to bring a festive mask. Cocktail attire is advised, please see attached FAQ for more details.

· To stay updated with us throughout the weekend we will be using an automated text messaging system for all updates. Send a text to 81010, with the text @myastmaron.

· Hotel Check-in begins at 4:00pm, Conference registration begins at 5:00pm. Our program begins promptly at 5:45pm.
